For the Publicis advertising agency (56 fte), the enormous lunch room has been converted into a plaza where people can meet, influence one another and share ideas. The calm decor in what has become a large, open area is interspersed by brightly-coloured Moroccan pouffes and other design influences from the wider world, making everyone feel more connected and welcome.
